Beanie

Since Sam has been diagnosed with allergies to cats and we had to give up our beloved Lacie. As a family we have been missing having a pet. Sam has felt guilty that it was his allergy that forced us to give her away and there have been many, many, many tears from the other three. (Marc and I have not been immune from those tears either.)So since April we have been looking for a dog that might fill the void. (Sam is only allergic to cats, figures.) Just about a week and 1/2 ago we found Beanie. She is a Jack Russel Terrier from a rescue home. She is really good with kids and very cuddly. We have been on a trial basis to make sure that she fit and that she would like it here too. Everything has worked out really well and it looks like we will be keeping her. She is 5 years old, trained and sweet. Which has been very nice because I don't have a baby, but an adult. She has also been good for the kids. They adore her and have really taken to the responsibilities that are involved in having a dog. I really think she will be a great addition to our family.

What a cutie! We got Buffee at that age. It was so nice not having to worry about potty training, etc. You'll love having her.
